Food security bill is Cong’s strategy for 2014 polls: SP

As the government gets ready to table the Food Security Bill in the Parliament on Tuesday, Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal said it should not be an election plan or strategy for Congress and they should understand that it will decide the welfare of the country.
