Gangrape vicitim’s institute to return entire fee

The institute in Dehradun, where the victim of the Delhi gangrape, studied physiotherapy will return the course fee to her family. According to the institute records, she had deposited Rs. 1.80 lakh rupees at the commencement of her course in 2008.
