Govt is confused, has weak policies: BJP on CHOGM

On the back of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not attending the CHOGM to be held in Sri Lanka next week in the view of the opposition by parties in Tamil Nadu, the BJP on Sunday slammed the Congress-led UPA for its weak policies.
