Gujarat CM oversees Rath Yatra preparations

Chief Minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi yesterday visited Lord Jagannath temple to oversee preparations for 134th Rath Yatra starting today. This year's procession is slated to begin on Sunday when the idol of the presiding deities of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra would be taken out in a colourful procession. Meanwhile, the temple has been turned into a fortress with security official standing guard at every corner.
