Gujarat fake encounter: SC to decide on CBI probe

The Supreme Court will decide whether the Sohrabuddin fake encounter death in Gujarat warrants a CBI probe - something the state government is strongly opposed to. The state government has said there is no need for a CBI probe as the state CID has done a commendable job so far.
