Home Ministry to take final call on Dutt acquittal: Moily

Law Minister Veerappa Moily said on Wednesday that instead of law ministry, it is the home Ministry, which would take a decision on moving the Supreme Court to quash the acquittal of Bollywood actor-turned politician Sanjay Dutt under the stringent anti-terror law.
