I never meant that BJP needs 'surgery': Bhagwat

Retracting from his statement, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that he never meant that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) needed "chemotherapy" or 'surgery" in the backdrop of its election debacle.
