Commenting on the killing of Osama bin Laden by an elite U.S. task force, Indian Army chief General V. K. Singh, in Lucknow on Wednesday, said Indian defence forces were capable of conducting such surgical strikes. The world's most wanted militant, Osama bin Laden was killed by U.S. Navy Seals in a 40-minute-long covert operation, inside a heavily fortified residential complex located close to a Pakistani Military Academy in Abbottabad town of Pakistan on Monday.
