India committed to peace with Pakistan: Tharoor

Addressing a memorial lecture in New Delhi, Junior Foreign Minister Shashi Tharoor on Monday said that India remains committed to long-term peace with Pakistan provided the country dismantle militant infrastructure on its soil.
