India not to accept legally binding emission cuts: Saran

Ahead of the Copenhagen summit, Shyam Saran special envoy to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday said that India would subject to voluntary emission cuts and not accept any legally binding emission cuts. Saran said that India being a developing economy was not bound by any "legally binding emission cuts".
