India welcomes US reward for LeT chief Hafiz Saeed's capture

External Affairs minister SM Krishna today welcomed the American notification announcing a bounty of $10 million for Mumbai terror attack mastermind and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed.
