Indian PM pitches for growing US ties

Terming last year's U.S.-India civil nuclear cooperation deal as a landmark, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said that New Delhi was currently finalizing enabling provisions which would flow the business deals in nuclear power generation. Prime Minister Singh was addressing the US-India Business Council (USIBC) at a luncheon in Washington DC.
