Indo-Pak relations to bolster only if Pak acts against 26/11 accused

Indian Foreign Minister S M Krishna said on Thursday that meaningful dialogue with Pakistan could begin only after it took concrete action against those guilty in the Mumbai terror attacks. However, Krishna, while referring to United Arab Emirates air force plane carrying a cargo of arms and missiles to China, detained in Kolkata, said the plane had been released after the UAE admitted a slip in the pilot's declaration.
