J&K cyber cafe owner arrested in Delhi HC blast

There is some hint of breakthrough in the Delhi High Court blast probe. Sources say the source of the mail allegedly sent by HuJI to different media houses has been traced. HuJI mail claiming responsibility of the blast has been traced to global cyber cafe in Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir.
