Jairam Ramesh launches Cash Transfer Scheme in Andhra

Highlighting the benefits of Congress' ambitious 'Cash Transfer Scheme', union Rural Development minister Jairam Ramesh inaugurated the pilot project of the Aadhaar-based cash transfer scheme at Gollaprolu town in East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh.
