Jayalalithaa to move SC again on Cauvery water issue

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has said that the crucial talks over the issue of sharing water from River Cauvery with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh have failed, and added that she will again approach the Supreme Court to seek justice.
