Kanimozhi's bail plea hearing tomorrow

The Delhi high court will hear the bail plea of DMK lawmaker Kanimozhi on Friday instead of December 1. Kanimozhi had moved the Delhi High Court yesterday seeking early hearing of her bail plea. Kanimozhi's application cites Wednesday's ruling of the Supreme Court that granted bail to five corporate executives, also accused in the 2G Spectrum scam. She has argued that keeping her in jail any longer is a violation of her fundamental rights.
