Let Raj Thackeray stop somebody, we will take action: RK Singh

Slamming MNS chief, Raj Thackeray for his blatant threat against the people of Bihar living in Maharashtra, union home secretary, RK Singh on Saturday said that no one can stop any Indian citizen from going or settling in any state.
