Maoist shutdown in Jharkhand hits coal production

Production of coal in Jharkhand is suffering a setback due to the frequent shutdowns ordered by the Maoists. The rebels had called for a 48-hour shutdown in Bihar, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh on April 6, instilling fear among locals and workers.
