Massive subsidy on fuel unfair: Jairam Ramesh

Union Rural Development minister Jairam Ramesh termed the massive subsidy given on fuel by the central government as unfair. Ramesh highlighted that subsidy should be given to only those in the strata of 'have nots' who needed it and not to all.
