Mega rakhis mark bondage between society and nature

On the occasion of Rakhi, the festival to herald bondage between brother and sister, Lucknow witnesses the world's biggest Rakhi band. This Rakhi weighs 15 kilograms with a diameter of seven feet. The beautiful Rakhi has been made with decorative items like Kirkiri, Gota and Sitare. The environment lovers used 15-meters long rope to tie this Rakhi gently to the tree.
