Modi to address Indians in US via video-conference

Apparently unaffected by the explosive letter sent by jailed IPS officer DG Vanzara accusing the Gujarat government of framing police officials in encounter cases, chief minister Narendra Modi has announced that he would address the Indian diaspora in the United States via video-conference in September.
