Need to create sustainable energy in climate challenges: Roemer

While speaking at a conference in New Delhi on Thursday, Timothy J Roemer, US Ambassador to India said while climate challenges are urgent there is also an opportunity for sustainable energy, in countries like India. Meanwhile, Farooq Abdullah, central Minister for New and Renewable Energy said that there is a need for financial assistance from both domestic as well as international agencies to generate solar energy.
