Orissa chief Naveen Patnaik threatened by Maoists

The office of Chief Minister of Orissa, Naveen Patnaik, on Monday received a threatening e-mail by Maoists, warning him to stop the anti-Maoist Operation Green Hunt. The email, reportedly sent by PLGA (People's Liberation Guerilla Army), has threatened to blow up the chief minister's residence and other important buildings across Orissa. The state police have beefed up the security of the chief minister and other important targets. A case has also been registered with the cyber police unit.
