Pak militants waiting to cross LoC: BSF

Baljet Singh, Inspector General of Border Security Force informed that militants are waiting to cross over to Kashmir from across the Line of Control. Security officials say Pakistan-based militant groups have stepped up efforts to infiltrate into the region across the LoC, before winter snow blocks the Himalayan Mountain passes.
