Pak playing 'anti-India card': defence analyst

Defence analyst Commodore (retired) C Uday Bhaskar said that the ceasefire violation in the Kargil sector is definitely a matter of concern because there had been relative stability in the sector for the last fourteen years since the Kargil war ended in July 1999.
