Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has congratulated Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan on his party's victory in the just concluded elections. Union Foreign Minister, Salman Khurshid revealed this while saying that New Delhi was hopeful after Sharif's positive remarks for India during the campaign.
