Prez to decide on Afzal Guru's mercy plea: Chidambaram

Home minister P Chidambaram on Wednesday said that it is the President's prerogative to decide on the mercy plea of Parliament attack case convict Afzal Guru. Chidambaram said this on an assertive note and also noted it is not possible to set a timeframe in the controversial case.
