Punjab expects bumper wheat crop with lowering temp

The plummeting mercury accompanied by drizzle and fog in Punjab has been a boon for the farmers. They are expecting a higher yield of wheat, this season as presently north India is reeling under cold wave. Farmers are hoping that the cold wave prolongs for another fortnight since this would be beneficial to them.
