Rahman to host music show to mark DD's 50 yrs

India's Oscar winning music composer AR Rahman on Tuesday said he would host a music show to mark of Indian national television Doordarshan's golden jubilee. Director general of Doordarshan, Aruna Sharma, said that the show would be aired in the coming months. Close to 40 bands would compete in the show, expected to be telecast in December this year.
