Rahul Gandhi takes charge as Congress VP

Much to the happiness of the Congress, its acclaimed 'yuvraj' Rahul Gandhi formally took charge as the newly appointed vice-president today, after being elevated at the party's prolific Jaipur conclave. Rahul further had a meeting with all the general secretaries and the department heads of the Congress party.
