Rail scam: CBI tapes corner Bansal

As per the telephonic conversation taped by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the railway board bribery scam, former Union Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal had assured suspended member of Railways, who is main accused in the scam, of elevation to Member (Electrical) in the Board.
