Rajeev Shukla 'directed' Kurien to adjourn Parliament?

In a fresh controversy, minister of state for parliamentary affairs, Rajeev Shukla was on Tuesday caught on camera allegedly advising Rajya Sabha deputy chairman, to adjourn the session of the Upper House of the Parliament.
