SC refuses to stay Andhra Pradesh HC order

The Supreme Court refused to stay the order passed by the Andhra Pradesh high court quashing the petition to give a reservation of 4.5% to the minorities. The apex court had earlier asked the government to present the material supporting the petition for it to consider the case.
