Scuffle in RS during tabling of quota bill

A scuffle broke out in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday between two MPs during the tabling of the quota bill. BSP MP Avtar Singh and SP MP Naresh Agrawal came to blows soon after the 12.00pm session resumed.
