Sheila Dikshit ‘sues’ Kejriwal over ‘dalal’ remark

Delhi chief minister, Sheila Dikshit today issued a legal notice to Social Activist, Arvind Kejriwal for "civil and criminal defamation". Dikshit's political secretary Pawan Khera sent a legal notice to Kejriwal in the light of his "derogatory remarks to maliciously defame" the Delhi Government. Kejriwal had allegedly called Dikshit a "Dalal" on TV talk shows recently. The legal notice calls upon Kejriwal to "immediately withdraw all the allegations and aspersions made against Sheila Dikshit, and further tender an unconditional public apology to her.” Kejriwal has been given two days to respond to the notice. Meanwhile, leading a protest outside the office of BSES in Delhi, a defiant Kejriwal said that he will continue to defame Dikshit as long as she continues to do injustice to the people.
