Sikhs seek Govt help to sort out their grievances

Harnam Singh Khalsa who heads the Damdami Taksal, a radical Sikh religious body has urges upon the Indian government to address the grievances of the Sikhs. He cited the post-1984 military operation, in particular, to flush out rebels from the community's highly revered shrine, the Golden Temple at Amritsar. His recommendation comes a day ahead of the anniversary of 'Operation Blue Star', celebrated on 6 June.
