Singh inaugurates third Sanitation Seminar

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday stressed on giving sanitation a priority in the country's development policy. He was inaugurating the third South Asian Conference on Sanitation, in New Delhi. Delegates from several South Asian countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan are participating in the seminar.
