‘Slumdog’ fame Rubina’s home demolished

'City authorities in Mumbai tore down the home of a 'Slumdog Millionaire' child star Rubina Ali on Wednesday, forcing her family into the streets months after the Oscar-winning film shot her to global fame. Rubina was out with her aunt when the civic authority workers and the police landed at their house and asked them to vacate their house. When her father tried to stop the workers, they beat him up with sticks.
