Stringent law imposed on Varun revoked

Stringent National Security Act imposed on Nehru-Gandhi scion Varun Gandhi, a nominee of India's main opposition BJP from Pilibhit constituency, was revoked on Friday. The imposition of the NSA on Gandhi by the Uttar Pradesh government has been termed invalid by the Advisory Board appointed by the state Allahabad High Court.
