Telangana decision taken by compulsion, not conviction: BJP

After the Congress Working Committee decided to divide Andhra Pradesh and create the state of Telangana, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar on Friday said that the decision by Congress about the creation of Telangana was taken by compulsion and not by conviction.
