Tibetan exiles gather for a six-day conclave

Hundreds of Tibetan exiles gathered in Dharamsala, for a six-day long Tibetan meeting to discuss the future course of action after the failure of the eight round of talks with China on Monday. Tibetan exiles from across the globe have come for the special meeting called on by the Dalai Lama. The exiles said that the conclave could be perceived as a watershed meeting that could forge a tougher stance on China.
