UPA intact despite hiccups: Congress

Ruling United Progressive Alliance is intact despite hiccups over seat sharing, major ally Congress said on Friday. The UPA suffered a potential setback when three of its regional allies formed what local media called a "Fourth Front" or "front within a front" to contest in the heavily populated states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the upcoming general elections.
