Virbhadra Singh casts his vote, hopes to regain power

Former Himachal Pradesh chief minister and senior Congress leader Virbhadra Singh cast his vote at a school in Shimla on Sunday. Polls are going on for the assembly election in Himachal Pradesh and the state has witnessed a decent turnaround of voters so far.
