Jaitley addressed the media on first anniversary of the Modi government where he described "quick, transparent decisions as the hallmark of the government". The finance minister also took a dig at Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and said, "Going for vacation for 55 days is one kind of a foreign trip and state visits representing the country are completely different."
