The Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister boasted about Israel killing a top Hezbollah Commander in Southern Lebanon. Israel Katz confirmed that IDF was behind the killing of Wissam Al-Tawil, but Israeli Forces haven't confirmed the assassination as of yet.
