‘Kala Tika For Our Good Work...’: PM Modi Jabs Congress Amid ‘Black Paper Vs White Paper’ Fight

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a sarcastic jibe at Congress over ‘Black Paper’ presented by the opposition party to counter the central government’s plans to present White Paper on UPA government’s “economic mismanagement.” PM Modi called Congress’ Black Paper a “kala tika” for all the good work done by his government in the last 10 years. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge had released the Black Paper to show Modi government’s “failures” in the last 10 years.
