Now that we Indians are travelling more and more, the food of Southeast Asia is no longer such a secret. Restaurants have come up across the country with Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian, or even Vietnamese and Burmese food. Ping's Café Orient in the Lodhi Colony Market brings to the table some of the much-loved dishes of the region. We have tried the Thai red curry prawns. The curry is flavoured with herbs and other ingredients that the region is known for – lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and so on. The cuisine of Southeast Asia is such a treasure trove that the more you eat, the more you want. And the more you dig into it, the more you get to know about it.
