AAP candidate’s son alleges father paid Rs 6 cr to Kejriwal for LS ticket
In an embarrassment for Aam Aadmi Party candidate Balbir Jakhar, his son alleged that the former paid AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Rs 6 crore to get a ticket to contest the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. Uday Jakhar called it his duty to reveal the alleged deal for an election ticket. He also accused his father of refusing to pay for his education, but being willing to bail out individuals accused in 1984 riots case. Balbir Jakhar has denied the charges, claiming his son stays with his mother ever since the couple divorced.
