Mirabai Chanu is set to make another attempt at winning the one major medal missing from her illustrious career — an Asian Games medal. The Indian weightlifting star has already stood on the podium at the Commonwealth Games, World Championships and Olympics, but the Asian Games remains unfinished business. As she enters the 20th Asian Games in Japan, the 49kg lifter will look to end India’s long wait for a women’s weightlifting medal at the Games and overcome the dominance of China and North Korea in her division.
